These terms govern your use of Postwick. Operators deploying Postwick should review and adapt them before offering the service to others.

Your content and accounts

• You are responsible for the content you schedule and must comply with the X and Threads terms, rules and policies.
• You authorize Postwick to publish on your behalf only the posts you explicitly schedule, queue or publish.
• Platform access depends on X and Meta. Their API availability, pricing, permissions and app-review decisions are outside our control.

Scheduling accuracy

Postwick aims to start each publish request within seconds of its scheduled time. Actual publication can be delayed by network conditions, platform processing, rate limits or outages. When the outcome of a request is uncertain, Postwick asks you to confirm rather than risk a duplicate post.

Acceptable use

Don't use Postwick for spam, platform manipulation, impersonation, or anything that violates law or platform rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for content posted or not posted due to third-party platform behavior.
